Property
Value Notices are mailed to real estate owners in July.
A BEIGE NOTICE indicates that the property's taxable value is at its Prop. 13 limit.
A BLUE NOTICE indicates that the property's taxable
value is lower than the Prop. 13 limit.
AN
INFORMATIONAL INSERT was included if a property's
taxable value was restored to the Prop.13 limit in 2004.
