Will there be a process for residents to register concerns or complaints at a Year Round Emergency Shelter/Multi-Service Center?
For any Year Round Emergency Shelter/Multi-Service Center, the County will require the shelter operator to develop a Good Neighbor Policy and most likely a Shelter Advisory Board, which will include points of contact for residents and stakeholders to register concerns or give input on the operation of the Year Round Emergency Shelter/Multi-Service Center.
