NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SEPTEMBER 12, 2017 BY THE ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE FOR VESTING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 17341

A Vesting Tentative Tract Map, (VTTM) 17341 to allow for the creation of 80 single-family lots and various lettered lots for utility uses, landscaping, open space, and private streets on approximately 42.1 acres and to preserve the remaining 42.7 acres for permanent open space. The map will also establish the main project access configuration connecting to Via Del Agua and maintain an existing 50-foot-wide road and utility easement connecting Via Del Agua to the shared boundary with the Esperanza Hills Specific Plan. The proposed lots will vary in size from approximately 7,576 square feet to 32,000 square feet.

The proposed project includes use of the existing church facility and two (2) proposed modular buildings on the eastern portion of the project site for the proposed use.
