State of the County Address Tomorrow
(SANTA ANA) – Second District Supervisor James W. Silva, unanimously elected last week by his colleagues as chairman of the Orange County Board of Supervisors, will present a State of the County address at the start of tomorrow morning’s regular Board meeting. Silva will detail his vision and goals for the Board in the upcoming year.

Copies of the speech will be available at the meeting and on the web site for the Second District. The address for Supervisor Silva’s web site is http://www.ocgov.com/supes/second.
