any contracts for the development or implementation of
the Americans with Disabilities Act. Committee members

"The committee has been established so members of
the public can have input into the Countys planning
efforts to continue providing accessible programs and
facilities," said de Haas.
"The Board identified compliance with the Americans
with Disabilities Act as one of its priorities in the
most recent Strategic Financial Plan," said Jan Mittermeier,
County Executive Officer. "Like any good business,
we need the perspective of our clients, and thats
what this committee will help us get."
One of the first activities of the advisory committee
will be to help set priorities for facilities improvements
for enhanced access by members of the disabled community.
