Bike and Hike Summit
(Santa Ana)- The first
conference on trails for bicyclists and walkers in north
Orange County will occur at 1 p.m., May 29, at Anaheim
Union School District Offices, 501 Crescent Way, Anaheim.
The conference, sponsored by Orange County Board Chair
Cynthia Coad, will bring together the cities of Anaheim,
Buena Park, La Palma, Orange and Placentia to discuss
the development of trail systems along the Carbon Creek
Flood Control Channel and the throughout the Fourth District.
"I am very excited about this meeting," said Coad. "I
hope this encourages a collaborative approach to developing
usable trails in the Fourth District."
