County of Orange Budget & Finance Office Launches “Budget & Books” Workshop Series at Orange County Public Libraries
The County of Orange invites the public for a presentation and discussion of budget insights and the 2025 Strategic Financial Plan.
Santa Ana, Calif. (November 12, 2025) – The County of Orange is pleased to invite the public to attend Budget & Books. Budget & Books is a new series of community workshops hosted by the County Executive Office (CEO) Budget and Finance Office at local Orange County Public Libraries.
These sessions will provide the public an opportunity to gain insights in the County’s financial priorities, future budget planning, and short and long-term fiscal strategies. Attendees will also get a preview of the County’s 2025 Strategic Financial Plan (SFP). The SFP is the framework that guides Orange County’s short and long-term fiscal priorities and planning.
Each session will include a presentation by members of the Budget and Finance Office, followed by an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and learn more about the County’s financial processes and planning efforts.
