Santa Ana, Calif. (September 8, 2026) – The County Budget & Finance Office invites residents to provide input on the upcoming 2026 Strategic Financial Plan (SFP).
The Five-Year Strategic Financial Plan is part of the County’s long-term financial planning process and evaluates competing needs, forecasts future costs and develops funding recommendations. Community input is a critical part of this process. It helps the County understand which services residents value most, identify emerging priorities and shape future investments based on community needs.
Residents can review previous SFP materials and the current Fiscal Year 2026-27 Annual Budget to learn more about the County’s major initiatives, emerging priorities and associated funding needs.
Public comments for the upcoming 2026 Strategic Financial Plan are open through September 20, 2026. Residents can submit input online at cfo.oc.gov/public-feedback
